Drew W. Hines – Manager/President

Drew’s responsibilities include Market Research, Site Selection, Tenant Relationships, and overall Development Strategy. Drew graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering and has over 15 years of experience in Site Development Engineering concentrating on Grocery-Anchored Shopping Centers, Retail Power Centers, National Pharmacies, and General Retail Centers. After exiting Engineering Drew started his experience in Commercial Real Estate working for a National Pharmacy preferred developer responsible for managing several Pharmacy Anchored properties in various stages of development. Continuing he joined a Regional Boutique Developer concentrating on Multi-Tenant Retail where he was responsible for all aspects of development projects from Research & Site Selection to Construction Administration & Leasing. Drew is a Licensed Realtor in the States of Georgia and Florida.
